Thank you for your interest in ZEPHONIX! We are an S925 silver jewelry brand with our own factory, offering 30,000+ in-stock designs covering necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, and all other categories. Below is our wholesale policy for your reference.

1. Wholesale Application

Customers interested in becoming ZEPHONIX wholesalers, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Company/store name and business license (if available);
• Primary sales channels (physical store, online store, cross-border e-commerce, etc.);
• Estimated monthly purchase volume and product categories of interest;
• Your registered account (email).

We will review and respond within 2-3 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a dedicated wholesale account to view wholesale prices.

2. Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity

Wholesale prices are not publicly displayed. Once logged into your wholesale account, you will see tiered pricing – the larger the order, the lower the unit price.

• Minimum Order Quantity: 10 pieces per style;
• Mixed Batch Condition: First order total must reach $200 USD, subsequent orders $100 USD minimum;
• Mixed batches across different styles and categories are supported.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Stripe
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank wire transfer (for large orders)

All prices are in USD, exclusive of shipping and customs duties. Wholesale orders typically require 100% prepayment. Long-term partners may apply for credit terms.

4. Customization Services (OEM/ODM)

We offer professional OEM/ODM customization services, including:

• Engraving, size adjustment;
• Custom designs, brand logo customization;
• Special packaging customization.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated individually based on weight and destination. We partner with DHL, FedEx, UPS and other international couriers to offer competitive rates.

Dispatch time: In-stock orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after payment; custom orders take 15-30 days (depending on quantity).

All wholesale orders include tracking numbers for real-time status updates.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale orders are generally not accepted for return without cause. If there is a quality issue (e.g., breakage, severe scratches, wrong item), please contact us within 7 business days of receipt with photos/video evidence. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund.

Custom items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
